Vertical lines are good AS LONG AS the lines fall straight. If the lines curve outwards with body bulges, then it highlights that.

Although I am 5’3″ tall, I am slim with narrow shoulders, hips, shorter arms and “fine bones”. I have always been told I am “petite” and have had difficulty finding clothes that fit. The lack of choice in clothes has gotten worse. The current fashion for short, wide clothing makes most people look stumpy and are unwearable for petite women like me.
How about being short and plus size? Really hard to find clothes. In larger sizes, clothes are too long waisted and sleeves and hemlines are always too long. Hard to find right proportions and it’s too expensive to have them altered.
